Although we spoke the other day, I thought it would be appropriate to follow up in writing. I wanted the company to know that first, your response to my HVAC issue was very prompt. Sampson was my technician. He not only assessed the problem but corrected everything in the same visit. In addition, ensured that the entire system was working properly, all vents were set to balance all areas of my home as well as he changed out my filters. Sampson was very professional, attentive and polite. He showed a genuine interest and concern of the issue and is very customer oriented.  Please pass along my compliments and appreciation to Sampson as well as company management.

Incredibly Professional

The 2-man installation crew from Metro Mechanical was incredibly professional, did a terrific job and went so far as to protect my carpeting, and used great care moving equipment and HVAC parts in/out of my home. Most importantly, I would like everyone to know that Jason Hinton of Metro Mechanical is THE MOST professional, THE MOST knowledgeable and THE MOST qualified HVAC service person I, or anyone else, could have. He has been a trustworthy and reliable member of the team that takes care of my home's equipment. Great Service in Mableton

Blake, Chris and Kevin came out on time and installed my AC and furnace in one day. Metro Mechanical knew how hot my house was with the AC broken and told me they could install in one day. Well, Blake, Chris and Kevin delivered on that promise. They worked their buts off in very hot conditions in the attic to complete the job in one day. My house is now cool and comfortable.

Metro Mechanical Sets the Standard

John Smith from start to finish was excellent.This company has great customer service and the units we purchased were very energy efficient. We received our first bill and was so happy for cooling about 6000 square feet and workers turning the units down our first bill was under $250 for the month of June. Yipee!! We highly recommend this company.

Happy We Chose Metro Mechanical!

We were looking to replace a 21 year old gas furnace & central air with a heat pump with electric heat. I called several companies for estimates and also requested an energy audit from Georgia Power co. Metro Mechanical was one of the companies and Jeremy Collinsworth came out to give an estimate. Of all the companies only Jeremy from Metro Mechanical bothered to do a load calculation to properly size the unit, even though we questioned each about should we increase the size of the unit. He was very thorough in answering all our questions (even the dumb ones). So we chose his company. He even handled the paperwork for our rebates.

Adam & Aaron arrived 2 days later (June 19,2010) to install our unit. They worked for 12 ½ hours that Saturday, and did a great job! The following Tuesday, the fan on the heat pump became unbalanced. A call to the office brought a repairman within 45 mins. The fan had lost a weight, he replaced the fan and I again had air within 30 minutes of his arrival. I am very happy we chose Metro Mechanical.

Professional and Trustworthy

We've experienced nothing less than 100% professional, courteous and knowledgeable service from Metro Mechanical. Steve Smith is the best, very professional, knows what he's doing, and is good for his word when he tells us what he can or cannot do for our system. Hailey is also wonderful and always helpful when we call their office.

For the negative reviews about bad HVAC systems, please remember that Metro Mechanical didn't build these systems, Coleman, Trane and other manufacturers do. We've had some poorly built systems, but Metro Mechanical is who we trust to fix them and they've never let us down!

New Trane Air and Heat

Johnny and Blake were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. They installed the Trane Air and Heat Pump system recommened by Joey. Very good experience using Metro Mechanical, Inc. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Great Customer Service

Metro Mechanical is GREAT! We have used them for heating and air conditioning for about 5 years. They always come as scheduled; the technicians are very professional and informative during each visit. Shane did an excellent job today. Five Star All The Way!

After through review of 7 heating and air companies, I selected Metro Mechanical to install a 95% New Trane system in my home. It took two full days to install, thanks to the crew! Jeremy, Johnny, Blake, David, Chris and Mike where very professional, clean cut, all American boys, kind not only to me but to each other, I felt comfortable with them being in my home. They were very conscientious and proficient in the installation and I would definitely hire them again. Thanks Metro for my New Trane. Thanks guys for a job well done!

Very Professional Service

Emergency Service

I recently did not have any heat in my home so I called Merto Mechanical. I was surprised that they called me back on a Sunday, the service guy came out to my house to fix my heat right away. This meant alot to me. Thanks Samson!

Excellent Installation and Service

Metro Mechanical installed a Trane Air Conditioning and Heating system for us and did an excellent job. Staff was extremely knowledgeable, prompt, and did an excellent installation. The county inspector even commented on the great installation work. All service calls are handled promptly and with great professionalism. I would highly recommend Metro Mechanical to anyone.

I would recommend!

I hired Metro Mechanical through Home Depot. I was very pleased with the knowledge of the sales person, and the helpfulness of the staff. Our new central heating and air system was put in when it was convenient for us. They arrived on time and finished within just 3-4 hours. The work at our house also involved replacing refrigerant lines.

A supervisor did a quality control check about a week later, and did find one issue they needed to fix. It was something that would be a minor issue in the short term, but could be a major issue in the long-term. It was fixed promptly. I am impressed that they do quality checks on their own company, and the speed of the entire job. I had a very positive experience with Metro Mechanical and I would (and have) recommended them to friends. Our new heater is so efficient, I am just thrilled with our purchase.
